Almost Diamonds created this web site Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") in order to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers ("Users") to our www.AlmostDiamonds.com web site (the "Site"), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

In order for a User to access and use certain areas Almost Diamonds offers via the Site, Almost Diamonds requires Users to provide us with information that personally identifies Users ("Personal Information"). When you register for any Almost Diamonds services where you are given an option to Opt In to a mailing list, we place you on our list to receive e-mail regarding updates about special offers, new products, and new services. If you have registered your personal information on the Almost Diamonds site, you can login to your account profile and change the information. c. Non-personal Information Collected. Almost Diamonds offers the Users the ability to submit product and/or service via the Site where certain information may be required. d. Data and Reports Compiled or Generated through the Services. As a part of certain of Almost Diamonds's services, we compile and store data and information and generate reports related to User's access to and use of Almost Diamonds' services ("Service Data and Reports").

Almost Diamonds uses Contact Data to send Users information about Almost Diamonds or our products or services, or promotional material from some of our partners, or to contact Users when necessary. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Almost Diamonds has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information Almost Diamonds collects online that is under our control. Almost Diamonds provides Users with the capability to transmit User's Personal Information via secured and encrypted channels if User uses a similarly equipped web browser.

2. Private Customer Information

A customer's private personal information such as credit cards, will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.   Credit card information is processed through a secure gateway with one of the leaders in credit card processing.  Only the last four digits of the customer's credit card is kept on file. 

3. Email Privacy

Customers will not receive any continual email solicitation from Almost Diamonds, unless the customer signs up for our coupon list during checkout or through our coupon list form.   If the customer does consent to receive email from Almost Diamonds,  the customer has the option to unsubscribe from our coupon list at any time on our website.  An unsubscribe option is also available with every coupon offer we send.
