Misship, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments - Refusal of Shipments

Almost Diamonds accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account used for items returned in new, unused condition. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return falls below the minimum required for free shipping, your account will be charged $5.95 for shipping. Sign in to your account to complete your return online. In your account page, select the order you want to return. In the Order Detail page, click the "Return" link for the product you want to return. Fill in the next form and follow the online instructions to obtain your RMA number. You can track the status of your return at any time, by logging into your account.

- Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, first complete the return process above for the original item(s). Size exchanges for the same item are free of charge as long as the item is in new condition with the original tag attached. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for size exchanges. If you are returning the item in exchange for another item, your account will be credited for the returned item and a new order will be placed for the replacement item. If you need to have the product right away, we recommend you return the item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.

Misship, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly

- Refusal of Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Almost Diamonds. We will also charge a 20% restocking on the total of the merchandise that was refused.
